AH ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real eetate eituated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described se
folloMe, to rit:
the N1790' of the 51980' of the W1135' of the E1320' and the
N350' of the S2330' of the W640' of the E825' of the SE1/4 of
Section 35-T110H-R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclaa�ified from s R-lA
residential district to e R-3A residential district.
In accordence rith Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code of Ordinanc@s of Brooking�, South Dakota, ae eeid
dietricts are more fully set forth and described in Article� III and
IV of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brooking�, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
describ�d be and the eame is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereMith pureuant to said Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
