ORDINANCE N0. 27-94
AH ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIH THE CITY OF' BROOKINGSs
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follore, to rit:
Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of R�inbor Addition
be and the same ie hereby rezoned and recla�sified from an
A-agricultural District to an I-2 Industrial District.
In accordance rith Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code of Ordinances of Brookinge, South Dakota, s� eaid
dietricts are more fully �et forth and described in Articlee III, IV
and VI of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitt�+d u�� of the property heretofore
described be and the same ie hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereMith pursuant to said Ordinance No. i1-94 of the City of
Brookinge, South Dakota.
Section 3. All eections and ordinances in con#lict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
