AN ORDIHANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONIHG WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, deacribed as
folloMe, to Mit:
Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Airport Third Addition
be and the same ie hereby rezoned and reclaesified from an
A-agriculturel District to an I-1 Induetrial Dietrict.
In accordance rith S�ction 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code of Ordinancee of Brookings, South Dakota, as aaid
districts are more fully eet forth and described in Articlea III, IV
end VI of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofor�
described be and the eame is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pur�uant to said Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All eectione end ordinances in conflict her�Mith are
hereby repealed.
