AH ORDIHANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONIHG WITHIN THE JOIHT JURISDICTIOHAL
AREA SURROUNDIHG THE CITY OR BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follors, to Mit:
a portion of Lot 13, Lasa Subdivisoion in the SW1/4 of Section
10-T109H-R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an
A-Agricultural District to a R-3A Residential Dietrict; and
In accordance Nith Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Juriadiction Ares Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Juriadictional Area
8urrounding the City of Brookinge, se said districte are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Ar�a Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookinge, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the seme ie hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith purausnt to aeid Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sectiona and ordinances in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
