AH ORDINAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE JOINT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUNDIHG THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloMs, to Mit:
the E199' of the W582' of the N220' of the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of
Section 34-T110N-R50W
be and the same ia hereby rezoned and reclaasified from an
A-Agricultural District to a R-lA Reaidentisl District; and
In accordance rrith Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Juriedictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as seid districts are mor� fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Juriediction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
deecribed be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to eaid Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Juri�diction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
