HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 20-1994 - Denied � � � ORDIHAHCE H0. 20-94 AN ORDINAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZONIHG WITHIN THE JOINT JURISDICTIOHAL AREA SURROUNDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookinge, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloMs, to Mit: Block 1-9 of Highland Addition be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an A-Agricultural District to a R-2 Residential District; and Lots A-E of Sunrise Addition be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an A-Agricultural District to a R-3 Residential District; and Spruceliegh and Evergreen Acres Addition and Outlots 2 and 3 be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an A-Agricultural District to a R-3A Residential District. Al1 in the SW1/4 of Section 11-T109-R50W as proposed on the preliminary plat, dated July 15, 1994. In accordance Mith Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV and V of Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of Brookings, South Dakota. Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of Brookings, South Dakota. Section 3. All sectiona and ordinances in conflict hereMith are hereby repealed.
