AN ORDIHAHCE REVISING THE ZONING ORDINAHCE OF THE JOINT
JURISDICTION AREA SURROUHDING THE CITY OF' HROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF' BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real eetate aituated in the Joint
Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloMs, to vrit:
the West 478' of the South 819' of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section
35-T111H-R50W
be end the seme is hereby rezoned and reclessifi�d from cla:e
A-Agricultural District to a clase R-lA Residential District.
In accordance rith Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Hrookings, as eaid dietricta are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the eame is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Ar�a Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
8rookinge, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectione and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.
