ORDIHANCE N0. 12-94
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AH ORDINAHCE SUPPLEMENTING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIOH ORDINANCE AS MADE FOR THE YEAR 1994 BY ORDINANCE
H0. 20-93 AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
THE OPERATION OF THE CITY", AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
5ection 1. WHEREAS, by the Annual Appropristion Ordinance for
the year 1994, Ordinance No. 20-93 appropriating revenue for the
operation of the municipal government for the yesr 1993, sufficient
revenue ras not provided to enable the municipality to conduct the
indispensable functions of the government of said City.
Section 2. THERE IS HEREBY appropriated for the purpose of
maintaining and operating the City of Hrookings, additional sume for
the folloMing funds:
General Fund
101421542603 Police � 2, 860
Section 3. ALL ORDINANCES or parts of Ordiaancee in conflict
hereMith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. AN EMERGENCY is hereby declared and thie Ordinance ie
declared to be for the support of the municipal government and ite
existing public institutions and it shall be in full force and effect
after ite pasasge and publication.
