AH ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real eState eituated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookinge, State of South Dakota, described as
follors, to vrit:
Blocks 1, 5 and 6 Morehouse Addition, Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, li, 12, 13, 14
and 15 in Shepard's Addition; all in Lerson's Addition, Miller'e
Addition and Clevenger's Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a R-3
Reaidentisl and RB-4 Business District to an R-2 Reeidential District.
In accordance Nith Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinancee of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully eet forth and described in Articles III, IV
and V of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
D�kota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the eame is hereby altered and chenged in accordance
hereMith pursuant to eaid Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All eections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.
