ORDINANCE H0. 8-94
AH ORDIHAHCE REVISIHG THE ZOHING ORDINAHCE OF THE CITY OR
BROOKINGS PERTAINING TO OFF-STREET PARKING REAUIREMEHTS FOR
MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLIHGS AND APARTMEHTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA THAT SECTION 700, OF'F'-STREET PARKING, SHALL BE AMENDED,
AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
Section 1. That amending Section 700. 7 a & b to read
700. 7a. One and tao-family dwellings, toMnhousee and
condominiums: Two t2) spaces for each unit.
700. 7b. Multiple-family dMellinge and apartments. Tro(2) spaces
for each unit plus one ( 1 > space for each bedroom in �xcess of one (1)
bedroom, exclusive of garages
Section 2. The section heretofore deecribed be and the same ie
hereby altered and changed in accordance hererrith pureusnt to said
Ordinance Ho. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookinge, South Dakots.
Section 3. All sections and ordinance� in conflict hereMith are
hereby repesled.
