AH ORDIHANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONIHG WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKIKGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as

The E865' of the W1449' of the N1206' in the SW 1/4 of Section
19-T110N-R49W in the Telkamp Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclasaified from a class I-1R
Industrial District to a R-3 Residential District.
In accordance with Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix A of the
Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districta are
more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV and VI of
Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookinge, South Dekota.
• Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursusnt to said Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
