HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 02-1994 - Denied „` � , ORDIHAHCE N0. 2-94 AN ORDIHANCE REVISIHG THE ZONIHG ORDINANCE OF THE JOIHT JURISDICTION AREA SURROUHDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Joint Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to wit: the North 670' of the East 750' of the HE 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 3-T109H-Et50W, also known as the Esther Heights Addition in the County of Brookings, South Dakota be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a 8-iB Residential District to an R-2 and R-3 Residential District. In accordance with Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the Joint Jurisdictional Area surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully set forth and described in Article IV of Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of Brookings, South Dakota. Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of Brookings, South Dakota.
