ORDINANCE NO. 29-95
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings, State of
South Dakota, described as follows, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 3 in Insbrook Park
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class Business B-2A District to a class
Industrial I-1R District.
In accordance with Section 50.100.010, Article VIII of Ordinance 11-94 of the Code of
Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districts are more fully set forth and described in
Articles III, V and VI of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings and County of Brookings,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is hereby
altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

BROOKINGS CABLEVISION
has submitted an application for
� approval of an I-iR site plan on the following described real
estate:
Lot three (3) of Block three (3) , Insbrook Park Addition to the
City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota
Said application will be acted on by the City Planning
Commission at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, September 5 ,
199 5 , in the Commission Chambers in the lower level of City
Hall, Brookings, SD. Any action taken by the City Planning
Commission is a recommendation to the City Commission.

Requested variances:
1. Closest satellite dish will be seventy feet (70') from front lot line. A one
hundred foot (100') setback is required
2. Satellite dishes will be twenty feet (20') from the side lot line and twenty
feet (20') irom the rear lot line. A fifty foot (50') setback is required.
3. Building will be twenty feet (20') from the west side lot line and north
side lot line. A fifty foot (50') setback is required.
4. Tower will be 180' above grade. Fifty feet (50') is the maximum height
allowed.
5. Tower will be twenty feet (20') from rear lot line and twenty feet (20')
from north side lot line. A fifty foot (50') setback is required.
