ORDINANCE NO. 15-95
AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings,
State of South Dakota, described as follows, to wit:
NE1/4 ofthe SE1/4 of Section 36-T110N-RSOW
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a class Agricultural A district to a class
Residence R-1B district.
In accordance with Section 800, Article VIII of Appendix A-Zoning of the Code of
Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said districts are more fully set forth and described in
Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 715, Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described be and the same is
hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715,
Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 9-21 FEE AND 9-27 CHANGE OF
OWNERSHIP OF CHAPTER 9 AND AMENDING SECTION 9-22 ISSUANCE OF TAG AND 9-
24 DUPLICATES UPON LOSS ALL PERTAINING TO BICYCLES OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA THAT
SECTIONS 9-21 AND 9-27 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY REPEALED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA THAT
SECTION 9-22 AND 9-24 OF REVISED ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS BE
AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Section 9-22 Issuance of tags.
The chief of police sha11 issue a suitable identification tag upon the registration of a bicycle as
required by this article, upon which shall be stamped or marked a distinguishing number to
the owner of such bicycle. (Rev. Ords. 1964, § 7.0401)
Section 9-24 Duplicates upon loss.
Upon the loss of any identification tag or duplicate thereof and upon application and
satisfactory evidence of such loss, a new tag or a new duplicate shall be issued. (Rev. Ords.
