AH ORDINAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZONIHG WITHIH THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real eatate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
the N50'of Lota 8 and 9 and the H50' of the W25' of Lot 10, Block
2, First Addition
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a Business
B-2A district to a Business B-1 district and
In accordance with Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dekota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and V
of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to aeid Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All aectiona and ordinances in conflict herepith are
hereby repealed.
