AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZONIHG WITHIN THE JOIHT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS
BE IT OBDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described ae follors, to rit:
the S1/2 of the SW1/4 of the RW1/4 of Section 14-T109N-R50W
be and the eame is hereby rezoned and reclaseified from a class
Agricultural A district to a class Besidence R-3A district and
In accordance aith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinances of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully
set forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hereaith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdictional Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict hererith are
hereby repealed.
