ORDINANCE HO. 6-95
AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONIHG WITHIN THE JOIHT JURISDICTIONAL
AREA SURROUHDIHG THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the County of
Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as folloMs, to Mit:
the N493' excluding the E1550' of the HW1/4 of Section
14-T109H-R50W
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a clasa
Agricultural A district to a class Reaidence R-2 district and
In accordance Nith Section 800 Article VIII of Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinances of the Joint Jurisdictional Area
surrounding the City of Brookings, as said districts are more fully
set forth and described in Articlea III and IV of Ordinance No. 14-80
Appendix C-Joint Jurisdiction Area Zoning Ordinance of the City and
County of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
hererith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 14-80 Appendix C-Joint
Jurisdictional Ares Zoning Ordinance of the City and County of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectiona and ordinancea in conflict hereMith are
hereby repealed.
