ORDINANCE H0. 4-95
AH ORDIHAHCE TO CHANGE THE ZOHING WITHIN THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follows, to wit:
SE1/4, excluding the NE1/4, of Section 36-T110H-R50W according to
the preliminary plat of the Moriarty-Edgebrook Addition dated
February 7, 1995 as follows:
Lots 2-16, Block 11 ; Lots 1-8, Block 2; Lots 1-19, Block 4; Lots
1-22, Block 5; and Lots 1-25, Block 6
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an
Agricultural A district to a Residence R-iB district and
Lots 2-11, Block 3; Lots 1-5, Block 7 and Lots 1-10, Block 8
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an
Agricultural A district to a Residence R-2 diatrict and
Lot 1, Block 1 ; Lots 1 and 12, Block 3; Lot 6, Block 7; Lot 12,
Block 8 and the W310' of the E775' of the 5620' of the SE1/4
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an
Agricultural A district to a Residence R-3 district and
Lot 11, Block 8
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from an
Agricultural A district to a Business B-2 district.
In accordance with Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
11-94 of the Code of Ordinancee of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III, VI
and V of Ordinance Ho. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. All sectiona and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
