ORDIHANCE N0. 2-95
AN ORDINANCE TO CHAHGE THE ZONIHG WITHIH THE CITY OF BROOKINGS
BE IT ORDAIHED BY THE CITY OF HROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the resl estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as
follors, to vrit:
Block 13, Parkdale Home Addition, except the east 10 acres
thereof,
be and the asme is hereby rezoned and reclasaified from a Residence
R-lA district to a Residence R-3 district.
In accordance with Section 50. 100. 010, Article VIII of Ordinance
i1-94 of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and
IV of Ordinance No. 11-94 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accordance
herepith pursuant to said Ordinance Ho. 11-94 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3. Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
