HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 22-1996 -Denied � R ORDINANCE NO. 22-96 AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A BOARDING HOUSE IN THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT SAID CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE APPROVED FOR A BOARDING HOUSE IN LOT 1, BLOCK 1, LARSONS ADDITION ALSO KNOWN AS 915 7TH STREET WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. A fence, not less than five feet (5') in height, shall be installed along the east side lot line. 2. A ma�mum of five (5) persons shall occupy the dwelling. 3. Vehicular parking shall be in the rear yard only. 4. The conditional use shall be issued to the applicant only. 5. The owner shall construct a two foot (2') high fence between the driveway and the front yard landscaped area. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
