ORDINANCE NO. 21-96 AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE FOR AN APARTMENT WITH THREE (3)DWELLING LJNITS IN THE RESIDENCE R-2 DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA, THAT SAID CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE APPROVED FOR AN APARTMENT WITH THREE (3)DWELLING LTNITS IN LOT "A" AND THE N40' OF LOT "B" IN LOT 4, BLOCK 15 OF THE SUBDIVISION OF MOREHOUSE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, ALSO KNOWN AS 1048 7TH AVENUE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. Occupancy of each dwelling unit shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) adults. 2. Exhibit "A" is approved as submitted. 3. No access shall be allowed off the alley. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
