ORDINANCE NO. 1-96
AN ORDINANCE IN REVISION OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH
DAKOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
I.
That Ordinance No. 1-96 is an Ordinance in Revision of Ordinance No. 715 of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, and is to be referred to as"Revised Ordinances of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota", and is sometimes also referred to as the"Code", "Code of Ordinances" or"Ordinances of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota".
II.
Upon adoption of Ordinance No. 1-96, the Finance Officer shall publish a notice of the adoption of
the Revised Ordinances of the City of Brookings, South Dakota once in the official newspaper and copies of
the Revised Ordinances of the City of Brookings, South Dakota shall be available in the City Finance Office.

SECOND READING: January 30, 1996
