Be It Ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional Use shall be approved for a Mixed Business / Residential Use for an Ambulance Service on E150' of W454.32' of Lot 1, excluding S164.3', Block 4, Maylands First Addition (along Yorkshire Drive) with the following conditions: 1. Such business uses shall be only those uses permitted in the respective zoning district. Provisions set forth in section 94-41 shall govern all residential uses. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
