Purchase of Police Vehicles
Whereas, the City of Brookings Police Department requests action to purchase
two 2018 Ford Interceptor sedans from Einspahr Auto Plaza, Brookings, SD; and
Whereas, Einspahr Auto Plaza is Item #17148 for a 2018 Ford Interceptor sedan
from the South Dakota State Bid Authority; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings Police Department will purchase from Einspahr
Auto Plaza, Brookings, SD, two 2018 Ford Interceptor sedans in the amounr of
$54,683.00
Whereas, the Capital Budget for the purchases is $61,000.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the contract from Einspahr Auto Plaza,
Brookings, SD in the amount of $54,683.00 be accepted.
