SWIFTEL CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

The Swiftel Center is currently working with Swiftel Communications to figure out a
cost effective way to provide internet and cell service during large events.
Tom passed around the draft of Annual Report for 2016. Miranda Lambert was the largest
production with 10 semi-trucks loaded in and out. The Miranda Lambert concert was successful
and that helps promote the Swiftel Center for additional events. We are currently in the running
for another major concert event.
The Alan Jackson concert tickets are selling very well.
Future capital projects in updating the Daktronics boards and redoing signage in the arena.
There are no new updates regarding the sale of the Resource Center to the city.
Construction on 6th Street will cause traffic issues during events. We will be communicating
traffic delays and updates via email and social media.
Rod Schaffer adjourned the meeting.
Next meeting May 25 at 4:00 pm.
