6. Executive Session to consult with legal counsel and review communications from
legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters and
discuss marketing or pricing strategies.
7. Approval of 2018 Capital Improvement Program.

8. Set date for public hearing on 2018 budget and rates.

9. Appoint representative to Brookings County and City Joint Jurisdiction

11. Application for extension of sewer mains and connection into the city
sewer system – Sweetgrass Drive – Prairie Hills Addition.

A. 2018 Water Main Replacement Project – Second Street.
B. 2018 20th Street South Tower Re-coating Project.
C. 2018 Sanitary Sewer Replacement - 18” North of BMU Building.

A. *Lime Sludge Removal - Water Department.
