PRESENT: Deb Garbers, Zeno Wicks III, Erin Kennedy, Eric Haiar, Amy Einspahr,
Didem Koroglu, Rob Peterson, Tom Richter, Tom Jones, Bob Johnson.
•Eric Haiar called the meeting to order.
•There were no additions or changes to the agenda.
•Minutes/August 30th, 2010: Motion to approve by Zeno Wicks III. Second by Amy Einspahr.
Motion carries.
•Financials – Motion to approve by Zeno Wicks III. Second by Erin Kennedy. Motion carries.
•Branding Discussion Didem Koroglu explained in detail many areas of branding she is
working on to include: CVB request for binders for hotels, signage, t-shirts in conjunction with
a cancer promotion, Children’s Museum opener photo booth, upcoming brand training
meeting at the City Council, website updates and social media strategy,
Deb agreed to bring more binder options to the next meeting.
•CVB Report – Deb Garbers presented the CVB spreadsheet summarizing activity to date
using funding from VPC.
•Application review Eric reviewed the discussion from the last meeting regarding
the Community Events Coordinator meeting with applicants to explain the budget in detail. Eric motioned to table the item until the October meeting. Amy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
•Adjourn: Motion made by Eric Haiar to adjourn. Second by Erin Kennedy. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned.
