Municipal Utilities Board November 4, 2015
City of Brookings
A special meeting of the Municipal Utilities Board was held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,
November 4, 2015, with the following members present: Carruthers, Hansen, Harvey, Pitts and
President Peterson.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion was made by Harvey, seconded by Hansen to adjourn to an executive session for
the purpose of consulting with legal counsel on a contractual matter. All members present voted
in favor of the motion.
The Board reconvened in open session.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned.
