Municipal Utilities Board August 3, 2010
City of Brookings
A special meeting of the Municipal Utilities Board was held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday,
August 3, 2010, with the following members present: Harvey, Peterson, Prest, and President
Myers. Absent: Robertson.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion was made by Prest, seconded by Harvey to adjourn to an executive session for the
purpose of consulting legal counsel. All members present voted in favor of the motion.
The Board reconvened in open session.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned.
