AC: Resolution allowing exception to BMU Rules and Regulations
permitting connections to the Wastewater System.

8. Surplus Property – Air Handling Unit & Water Softener – Utility Building.
AC: Resolution authorizing disposition of surplus equipment
to be destroyed.
9. Addenda to Agreements for Cooperative Investigations with South Dakota
State University.

10. Application for extension of water and sewer mains and connection into the city
water and sewer system – Sylvan Circle in the Reserve Addition.

A. *Lime Sludge Removal – Wastewater Department.

A. Water Tower Controls Equipment – Phase 1 – Water Department.
B. Central Office Power System Upgrade – Telephone Department.

14. Executive Session to discuss competitive service offerings, pending litigation,
personnel and contractual matters.
15. Collective Bargaining Agreement.
AC: Resolution to approve.
*Opening of bids @ 1:30 p.m. on 7/8/15.
