Present:
Rod Schaefer, Rob Peterson, Barb Telkamp, Jason Wosje, Don Larson; Jenny Hammrich, Swiftel Center
Director of Sales & Marketing; Andrea Hogie, Swiftel Center Director of Finance.
Agenda Discussions:
Rob called the meeting to order. The November 23, 2011 minutes were approved.
Selection of Officers was tabled to the March Meeting.
November and Preliminary December financials were presented.
4th Quarter Summary was presented.
Jenny presented the events for February & March 2012. Some events include: Home Show, Snowstorm
Tour, State Gymnastics, Cheer & Dance, BB games, Calf Show, Bridal Show, Riverdance, Region AAU
Wrestling, True Identity Conference, Roller Dollz, National Archery, Wedding Receptions, Meetings.
The storage addition will be our big CIP project this year.
Jenny reported that we are working on a new & improved Year End Report this year.
The meeting was adjourned. Next meeting March 29, 2012 at 4:00pm.
