Present:
Terri Ronning, Rod Schaefer, Don Larson; Tom Richter, Swiftel Center Executive Director; Andrea
Hogie, Swiftel Center Director of Finance.
Agenda Discussions:
Rod called the meeting to order. The September 23, 2011 minutes were approved.
September and October financials were presented.
Tom presented the events for December 2011 and January 2012. Some events include: Swiftel Center
Basketball Classic, Holiday Jam, Bret Michaels, Holiday Parties, Sesame Street, 8 Ball Pool
Tournament, Living History Fair, Wrestling, Supercross and meetings.
Tom reported for Scott. A tractor has been bought. They are working on the red seat repairs. A few
CIP items will be rolled over to next year.
Tom reported that the City Manager has met with the County about the plans for the County Resource
Center. We will have our 2012 rate structure complete by the end of the year.
The meeting was adjourned. Next meeting January 26, 2012 at 4:00pm.
