Present:
Barb Telkamp, Rob Peterson, Rod Schaefer; Tom Richter, Swiftel Center Executive Director; Jenny
Hammrich, Swiftel Center Director of Sales&Marketing; Scott Smith, Swiftel Center Director of Operations;
Andrea Hogie, Swiftel Center Business Manager.
Agenda Discussions:
Rob called the meeting to order. Approval of the November 23, 2010 minutes was tabled.
Selection of Officers was tabled.
November and December financials were presented.
4th Quarter Events, Event Days, Attendance and Economic Impact were presented.
The events for February and March 2011 were presented. Some events include: Homeshow, Cheer &
Dance Competition, Blake Shelton concert, Bridal Show, Nelly concert, High School Basketball,
Church Basement Ladies, Roller Dollz, Chamber banquet, Korn/Disturbed concert.
Scott reported that the arena lighting project is finished. The end of February will be full of conversions.
Tom reported that the 10th Anniversary Chamber Mixer went very well. We have had a great start to the
year with the events so far in January & February.
Rob adjourned the meeting. Next meeting will be March 31, 2011 at 4:00pm.
