Executive Director; Scott Smith, Swiftel Center Director of Operations; Jenny Hammrich, Swiftel Center
Director of Sales/Marketing;
Agenda Discussions:
Tom called the meeting to order. Rod motioned to approve the minutes from March 29, 2010. Barb
seconded. The motion passed.
Deb nominated Tom Coughlin to move from Vice Chairperson to Chairperson. Barb seconded. No
other nominations. The motion passed. Rod nominated Rob Peterson for Vice Chairperson. Teri
seconded. No other nominations. The motion passed.
March and April financials were presented.
The 1st Quarter Events, Event Days, Attendance & Economic Impact were presented.
Tom gave an update on the building expansion. The topic will be on the June 8th City Council agenda.
Jenny presented the events for June and July 2010. The Uncle Sam Jam is the largest event in July.
Scott reported that Todd Moore has been hired as the Operations Manager. A stage/barricade has been
purchased and a lawn mower was traded for a sign.
Tom reported the GooGoo Dolls concert had about 1500 people here. We are on sale for BuckCherry.
Disney Live will be back in the fall. He has also been working on Bob&Tom Comedy, Miranda
Lambert, Manheim Steamroller for upcoming shows.
Tom adjourned the meeting. Next meeting will be July 29, 2010 4:00pm.
