4. Hearing and action on the following plats:
a. Lot 11, Block 3, Prairie Hills Addition
b. Lots 4-11, Block 3, Moriarty Heights Addition
5. Hearing and action on a revised Preliminary Plat of the Christie Heights Addition in the SW ¼
of the NW ¼ of Section 2-T109N-R50W
6. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the Christie Heights Addition in the SW ¼ of the
NW ¼ of Section 2-T109N-R50W from an Agricultural A District to a Residence R-1B and R-2

9. Hearing and action on an amendment to the Vision 2020 Comprehensive Plan regarding the
Airport Master Plan.
10. Hearing and action on an amendment to Chapter 94, Zoning, creating the Airport AP District.
11. Discussion on an amendment to Chapter 94, Zoning, regarding a single-family zero feet (0’)
sideyard dwelling as a permitted special use or conditional use in the Residence R-1B District.
