4. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the west ½ of the NE ¼, excluding the north
1,350’ thereof, in Section 34-T110N-R50W from an Agricultural A District to a Residence
R-1B, R-2, and R-3 District. (west of Timberline Addition)
5. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone Lot 3, Block 2, Telkamp Addition from a
Residence R-3 District to a Business B-4 District.(northwest corner of 25th Avenue and
9th Street)
