Approval of the May 7, 2013, minutes. 2. Approval of the agenda. 3. Hearing and action on the following plats: a. Lots 21-27 and 29, Block 4, Windermere Pointe Addition b. Lot 2, Block 4, and Lots 12-15 and 17, Block 5, Moriarty Heights Addition c. Lot 5, Block 4, Lot 18, Block 10, and Lot 1, Block 11, Bluegill Addition d. Lots A, B, C, D, E, F, and 1, Block 1, Voss First Addition 4. Hearing and action on a preliminary plat and Large Scale Residential Development plan for the River Run Addition in the NE1/4 of Section 3-T109N-R50W 5. Hearing and action on an application for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a community center (Boys and Girls Club) on Block 6, Hyland Addition (1910 12th Street South) 6. Hearing and action on an application for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a church on Block 1, including the south ½ of the vacated street, Hyland Addition.
