Addition, Block 2, Whiteheads Addition and Block 2, Williams Addition from a Residence
R-2 District to a Residence R-1C District. (1300 block between 1st and 2nd St.)
5. Hearing and action on an application for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a major
home occupation (massage business) on the South 105 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Block 9,
