3. Hearing and action on a final plats:
a. Lots 100 and 101, Block 1, Skinners Third Addition
b. Lots 35B and 35C, Wahpeton Village, Indian Hills Addition
4. Hearing and action on amendments to Chapter 94, Zoning, pertaining to the creation of
the SDSU Campus Edge Neighborhood Design Review Overlay District.
5. Discussion on an informal, resident petition for rezoning a residential block between 1st
and 2nd Street and 13th and 14th Avenue from a Residence R-2 District to a Residence R-
1C District.
6. Discussion on ordinance recodification process for Chapter 94, Zoning
