5. Hearing and action on a petition to annex Outlots 1A and 2 in the NE ¼ of Section 28-T110N-
R50W, and the SW¼ of the NW¼, except Sublots A and B of Outlot 1, in Section 27-T110N-

6. Discussion on an informal resident petition for rezoning a residential neighborhood in the Circle
