schedule is the 2nd Thursday of the month at 3:00 PM and the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM.

Community Center on Lot 1, Block 4, Prairie Hills Addition (7th Avenue South/20th
Street South area)
5. Hearing and action on an application for a conditional use permit to establish a
sorority/fraternity on Lot 4, Block 2, Peterson’s First Addition (712 Main Avenue)
6. Discussion on an informal resident petition for rezoning a residential
neighborhood in the Circle Drive/11th Street area from a Residence R-2 District to
a Residence R-1C District.
