c. Lots 101, 102, and 103, Block 5, Oyloes Addition
4. Hearing and action on a petition to annex the R’Surene Morgan Farm Addition in
the NW ¼, NW ¼ of Section 6-T109N-R49W (2019 22nd Avenue South)
5. Hearing and action on an application for a conditional use to establish a major
home occupation (portrait studio) on Lot 8, Block 8, Morehouse Addition (819 9th
Avenue)
6. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone Lot 9, Block 2, University First Addition
from a Business B-2 District to a Residence R-3 District (607 20th Avenue)
7. Hearing and action on an amendment to the zoning ordinance pertaining to a
community center as a conditional use in the Business B-2A District
