4. Hearing and action on an application for a Conditional Use to establish an office on
Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Second Addition (624 Third Street) deferred from the June 7,
2011, meeting.
5. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the east 230 feet of Block 5, Mayland’s
First Addition and the west half of the abutting vacated street from a Business B-2A
