at 3:00 PM and the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM.

4. Hearing and action on an application to establish a major home occupation (house cleaning
service) on Lot 17, Block 2, Bane and Poole Addition (309 State Avenue)
5. Hearing and action on an application for a conditional use to establish a Contractors Shop
and Storage Yard in the Business B-3 District (623 Henry Avenue)
6. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone Lots 128, 129A, 129B, 130A, 130B, 131A and
131B, Onaka Village, Indian Hills Addition from a Residence R-2 District to a Residence R-3
District (Crystal Ridge Rd and Dakota Trail area)
