3. Hearing and action on a preliminary plat of Moriarty Heights Addition in the NW
¼ of Section 2-T109N-R50W
4. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the north 1,550 feet of the west 1/2 of
the NW ¼ of Section 2-T109N-R50W, excluding Outlot C in the NW ¼ of the NW
¼ and Lot D of the Christie Addition from an Agricultural A District to a Residence
R-2 and R-3 Districts
5. Hearing and action on an amendment to the zoning ordinance pertaining to
maintenance buildings on lots in certain business districts
6. Discussion on amendments to the zoning ordinance pertaining to a drive-in food
service in the Business B-1 District
7. Discussion on amendments to the zoning ordinance pertaining to establishing a
B-1H Business District
