8. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the west 600 feet of the north 310 feet
of the south 530 feet of the SW¼ of the SE¼ of Section 35-T110N-R50W from a
Residence R-1B District to a Residence R-2 District; and the east 150 feet of the
