Present: Ryan Krogman, Erik Dahl, June Eng, September Kirby, KeithRounds
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as printed.
Motion by Dahl, seconded by Eng that the meeting agenda be approved. Motion carried.
There was discussion concerning 2010 Aquatic center fees. Consensus was that daily admission should
remain at $4.00, and that the season ticket categories be simplified. Motion was made by Rounds,
seconded by Eng that the following fee schedule be approved:
General Admission $ 4.00
Punch Card (10 admissions) $ 35.00
Individual Season Ticket $ 45.00
Family of 3 Season Ticket $105.00
Additional children $ 15.00 each
Motion was approved.
Following discussion at two previous meetings, consensus was that the pool dates should be extended
to the extent reasonable and practical. Motion was made by Eng, seconded by Kirby that the Aquatic
Center open May 22 (weather permitting) and close August 22 (4 days after school starts) thereby
adding 12 days to the pool season. Motion carried.
Discussion concerned the 2010 EdgeBrook Golf Course fees. The Board wishes to continue with very
modest increases in most categories to maintain a balance with increased costs. Motion was made by
Dahl, seconded by Eng the 2010 EdgeBrook fees be as follows:

Youth (18 & under) $140.00 9 holes $18.00
Youth Adult (19-25) $370.00 18 holes $23.00
Adult $440.00 9 hole par 3 $ 7.00
Senior Citizen (62+) $370.00
Family $665.00 PUNCH CARDS:
Family with children $725.00 Par 3 short course only – 10 rounds….$50.00
DRIVING RANGE: GOLF CARTS:

Motion was approved.
Policies for use of the new Executive/Junior short course were reviewed and discussed. Emphasis and
priorities are to encourage youth to use the course and become golfers. Motion by Rounds, seconded
by Eng that the following policies be approved for play on the new short course:
PAR 3 GRASS GREEN 9 HOLE SHORT COURSE. Regular greens fees for the par 3 will be $7 per
round. Season ticket holders can play the short course at a reduced rate with a punch card –
10 rounds for $50, available to clubhouse. Punch card use may include guests playing with
season ticket member. Youth season ticket holders (18 & under) play free on short course.
Youth 12 and under play free if accompanied by adult – no season ticket required. Adults pay
if playing.
Motion was approved.
Next meeting will include a review of the proposed Park Master Plan document which has been
developed by Community Development Director Mike Struck and city staff.
