MINUTES
The Board of Trustees of the Brookings Public Library met on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in
the Historical Room of the Brookings Public Library.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Gengler, Janell Hoffelt, Kyle Schaefer, and Larry Rogers
OTHERS PRESENT: Elvita Landau
Board members received the report from the Coffee Shop Vendor Interview Committee (Larry Rogers,
Kyle Schaefer, and Elvita Landau). After discussion, Bill Gengler moved to offer the contract to Lori
Mennis, pending completion of reference interviews. Janell Hoffelt seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30.
