April 22, 2010
The Joint Powers Board for the Brookings City/County Administration Building met in
regular session at 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 22, 2010 with the following members present: Alan
Gregg, Dennis Falken, Michael Bartley and John Kubal. Also in attendance were Stephanie Vogel
and Jeff Weldon.
REGULAR BUSINESS
The board heard presentations for construction manager services from Waltz Construction
and Bossardt Corporation.
The board discussed both presentations and which company to recommend for approval to
the City Council and County Commission. By consensus, the board agreed to recommend
Bossardt Corporation for approval.
The board also discussed setting a regular meeting time of 7:00 AM every other
Wednesday. The next meeting was set for Wednesday, April 28th at 7:00 AM at City Hall.

By consensus, the meeting adjourned.
