1. Executive (CLOSED) Session to consult with legal counsel about proposed or
pending contractual matters (purchase agreements for property acquisition).
2. Progress on establishing a Joint Powers Agreement to legally manage the
construction.
3. Discussion of construction delivery method.
4. Conference call with Office of State Engineer regarding construction deliver
options (3:30 p.m.).
5. Discussion of architectural services procurement.
6. Other issues.
7. Set next meeting date and time.
